A Knoxville man is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a minor after more than 600 inappropriate photos of children were allegedly discovered on his phone.Authorities say images of infants involved in sexual acts as well as children involved in other acts were found after a warrant was obtained to search the phone of 58-year-old Anthony Boruff. Officers say Buroff was intoxicated as well as suicidal when they arrived to serve the search warrant. Boruff was sent to U.T. Medical Center for examination following his arrest, then transported to jail.
