On 09/20/2016, two subjects pull into the Blind Zebra Parking Lot on HWY 70 East, a female can be seen on video, exiting the vehicle and walking in front of the establishment. She then returns to a blue Trailblazer and proceeds to cut all 4 tires on the vehicle. The unknown female then got back into the car and they left, in a hurry, towards Main Street. The vehicle appears to be a light colored small car with a dark color or black door strip on the side. (These images are stills taken from the original video surveillance footage. They have been enlarged and lightened to show as much detail as was possible.)
