A Fentress County man has been arrested on charges in Cumberland County. According to the arrest report, 58-year-old Gary Dale Beaty of Jamestown was charged with theft of property and criminal trespassing. Officers say Beaty reportedly entered a home several times removing property not belonging to him. Beaty was transported to the Cumberland County jail.
