The Alcoa Police Department is searching for a missing juvenile last seen on March 29. Isaac David Layne Bryant was last seen at Alcoa High School. Investigators believe he left school without permission around 2:15 p.m. He was last seen wearing a black zip-up Polo jacket with gray sleeves, a T-shirt, blue jeans and shoes.
