Authorities are investigating a “bomb situation” in the Lancing area of Morgan County. State bomb and arson squad members, along with the Knox County Bomb Squad, responded to the scene last night just before 11 p.m. Authorities say a male and female were injured in the incident and were transported to the hospital. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the investigation. No other information was initially released by authorities.
