Loudon, Tennessee, authorities are searching for a 16-year-old girl. Cynthia Kayla Shannon Woods was last seen Monday, July 30, 2018. Woods stands 5’2″ and weighs around 100 pounds. She has a horseshoe-shaped surgical scar on her chest. She was wearing gray sweatpants, a maroon T-shirt with a Firefox logo and a red hoodie. It is believed she is a runaway.
