A man is recovering following a motorcycle accident in Overton County. Troopers say 24-year-old Chastin Smith lost control on Oak Hill Road and Stanley Carr Subdivision Road. Smith was transported to Livingston Regional Hospital for treatment and later charged with reckless driving and several traffic violations.
