A single vehicle crash on Bud Tanner Road near Amanda Lane today in Cumberland County injured two.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol says 33-year-old James C. Horton of Largo, Florida was arrested after he was treated for injuries for felony reckless endangerment, DUI and driving on a revoked or suspended license.

The accident report states a Chevy 2500 pickup driven by Horton lost control in a curve and landed on its top.

A passenger in the truck, 23-year-old Angela Short of St. Petersburg, Florida sustained injuries. She was flown by Lifeforce from the scene to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment. She was last listed in serious but stable condition. Troopers say Short was not restrained at the time of the crash.
