ACCIDENT ON I-40 IN ROANE COUNTY RESULTS IN NO INJURIES
The Tennessee Highway Patrol released a report this weekend regarding an accident Friday on I-40 in Roane County resulting in a traffic backup for a couple of hours. A 2006 Volvo sedan driven by 73-year-old Carol L. Boulter of Spring Hill, Tennessee was traveling east near the 347 mile marker when she lost control and hit a guard rail. The vehicle then crossed over both eastbound lanes and struck a center concrete divider head on blocking one lane of travel. Boulter was restrained at the time of impact and was not hurt.
