The Crossville Police Department released an accident report today of a crash last week near the intersection of Northside Drive and South Drive.

It states a 2010 Kia Forte driven by 81-year-old Harry T. Bentley of Tullahoma crossed over the center line and struck an oncoming Acme Block and Brick flatbed truck operated by 40-year-old Dustin M. Bullard of Crossville.

Bentley was taken to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

Bullard was not hurt in the crash.
