The highway patrol responded to a vehicle accident on Genesis Road at Eldridge Loop in Cumberland County yesterday afternoon. Trooper Chris Bennett says in his report a Ford F-350 operated by 50-year-old Silvia Pilar Aguilar of Crossville pulled out into the path of an oncoming Ford Ranger driven by 20-year-old John Nestle of Lancing resulting in a collision. Nestle was not hurt and Aguilar was taken to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Aguilar was charged with failure to yield, driving without a license and failure to exercise due care.
