Cumberland County deputies and medics responded Wednesday to a vehicle crash on the 2300 block of Spruce Loop.

The report states officers arrived and encountered a male passenger. He requested the deputy to get medical attention for the driver, 47-year-old Amy Danielle Fine of Crossville.

The deputy reportedly smelled an alcoholic odor coming from Fine. She allegedly had slurred speech and a large knot on her forehead.

A check of Fine revealed an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on a DUI charge.

Fine was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment.

She was later released from the hospital and arrested for DUI and driving on a revoked license. She was issued citations for driving an unregistered vehicle and violating the financial responsibility law.
