Crossville police and medics responded late yesterday to a home on Stanley Street for a male subject with an accidental gunshot wound. The report indicates a male in his early to mid 20’s was cleaning the weapon when it discharged a bullet striking him. The round traveled through his right leg and into an exterior wall on the west side of the residence. He was transported to the hospital for treatment.
