Loudon County Sheriff Tim Guider is crediting an “observant citizen” for alerting them to the whereabouts of David T. Miles, wanted in this morning’s shooting of an as-yet-unidentified man at a Lee Hi Street home in Lenoir City.

The citizen is said to have recognized Miles’ 2010 Ford Fusion and called 911. Miles was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained prior to his arrest.
