The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said missing Ayla Settles and her non-custodial father Alvin Lloyd have been found after an AMBER Alert was issued for the 5-month-old out of Memphis on Tuesday morning.

TBI said the girl was forcibly taken from her home at approximately 2 a.m. by her non-custodial father, 19-year-old Alvin Lloyd. Investigators said Lloyd left the home on foot.

Lloyd has an extensive criminal history, according to investigators.
