A Tennessee AMBER ALERT has been issued for a 3-week-old boy who was abducted in Memphis last night. Steven Smith has black hair, brown eyes, and weighs 7 lbs.

Steven was abducted by his non-custodial father Stevie Boyd, 21. Boyd is 6′ tall and weighs 136 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red/ black hat and all black clothing.
