AMBER ALERT ISSUED FOR MISSING GALLATIN BOY IN TENNESSEE, ARIZONA
An Endangered Child Alert has been upgraded to an AMBER Alert for a missing Gallatin boy. It’s now active in Tennessee and Arizona after a possible sighting. Noah Clare, 3, has been missing since Nov. 6. He’s believed to have been taken by his dad, Jacob “Jake” Clare, who is now wanted for especially aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping and two counts of custodial interference.
Noah’s cousin and Jacob’s niece, Amber Clare, 16, of Beaver Dam, Ky., is believed to have been taken by Jacob as well.
They may be traveling in a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy with TN tag 42MY10. TBI said the Subaru was seen driving on SR95 near Parker, Arizona last week. That has prompted an AMBER Alert to be issued in Arizona.
Noah was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camo shirt, black shoes. He stands 3 feet 5 inches tall, weighs about 40 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. Jacob stands about 6 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He also has brown hair and blue eyes.
