Andrew Scott Pugh, Jr., age 30, of Crossville, was born June 7, 1989 to Andrew and Connie Keyes Pugh in Crossville and passed away December 29, 2019 in Oak Ridge. He is survived by his parents: Andrew and Connie Pugh; siblings: Tammy Matthews (Johnny), Valerie Blaylock, Travis Keyes and Amy Pugh; and children: Ethan Scott Johnson Pugh, Andrew Scott Pugh III, and Crimson Jase Pugh. The family will receive friends January 1, 2020 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. The service will be January 2, 2020 at 11 a.m. with burial in Pugh Cemetery.
