Ann Frances Kellogg Silva, age 82, of Kingston, passed away January 28, 2020. She is survived by her husband of just over 61 years: Mickey; son: Alan (Kim) Silva of St. Charles, MO.; daughter: Christine (Brian) Roschli of Kingston; grandsons: Evan (Brittany) Blankenship, Mason Blankenship, Kyle Roschli, Andrew Roschli, and Alex (fiancée Destinee Dowdy) Roschli; nephews: Jay (Dana) Kellogg and Richard Kellogg; and nieces: Therese Kellogg and Bea Dorsett and their families. The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff at Renaissance Terrace, Caris Healthcare and the many family and friends who have visited. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church, located at 535 Margrave Street in Harriman Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11 a.m. A luncheon and receiving of friends will follow. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is in charge of all the arrangements.
