Medics and law enforcement went to the scene of a vehicle accident this week on Kingston Highway near Holder Hollow Road in Roane County. The report states an automobile operated by 79-year-old John Archer of Texas lost control in a curve, left the asphalt and struck an embankment. The car then hit some trees before rolling over and coming to rest on its side. Archer, who was restrained, was injured in the crash.
