AT LEAST 150 HEADSTONES OVERTURNED OR DAMAGED IN TENNESSEE

At least 150 headstones were overturned or damaged at two cemeteries in Tennessee the past two nights.
The Lebanon Police Department stated the vandalism occurred at the Cedar Grove Cemetery and at the Wilson County Memorial Cemetery which are across from each other on South Maple Street. Police said whoever is responsible for the destruction would face felony vandalism charges.

CEMETERY VANDALISM SUSPECTS ARREST!

From the desk of Chief Mike Justice: In regards to the absolute heinous acts of vandalism that occurred to our local cemetery, our hearts go out to the loved ones that were touched by this senseless crime. The effort put forth by numerous members of our department lead to the swift arrests of two suspects. Our promise will be to follow through with the prosecution of all applicable charges, as well as, to keep all the victims up to date and informed as we move forward.

Justin Emler (31, Lebanon) and
Jeremy Heaton (23, Lebanon)
are in custody and charged each with one count of Vandalism over $60,000. Additional charges are to follow. The pair also confessed to another vandalism that occurred at the Lebanon Country Club.
