(DEVELOPING STORY) – Law enforcement is reporting three individuals were killed in Putnam County in a vehicle crash this morning in Cookeville. It took place at the intersection of Willow Avenue and Interstate Drive. The roadway is currently closed as the Tennessee Highway Patrol continues to investigate how the accident unfolded.
