ATHENS, TENNESSEE- June 20, 2025- Athens Police Department is still actively investigating the Motorcycle fatality that occurred the morning of Wednesday June 18th, 2025.

Investigators are following up active leads that continue to come in, Investigators are actively reviewing surveillance footage provided by area businesses. Based on some surveillance footage in the area it is determined that the driver is a White Female unknown age. The dark colored SUV Make/Model has not been determined yet.

Below are some still surveillance shots from one of the cameras near the crash scene. If you or someone who may know who this female driver is, is urged to contact the Athens Police Department.
