B.K. Luna, 74, owner of Luna & Son Tire in Sparta, a White County commissioner and past owner of the Crossville Raceway, passed away Oct. 28, 2016, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital, in Sparta.

Funeral arrangements will be complete by Sunday evening.  Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
