BALDWIN AND REAGAN ARRESTED ON FELONY DRUG CHARGE

A deputy in Cumberland County recently pulled over a driver in a Chevy Impala on I-40 near the 323 mile marker after a check revealed a suspended license. The motorist, 26-year-old Devin Patrick Baldwin of Crossville, was asked to empty his pockets as a safety precaution. The officer allegedly found a substance believed to be heroin and a glass pipe with burnt ends. A search of a backpack supposedly belonging to a passenger, 33-year-old Rebecca Dawn Reagan of Crossville, produced a pouch containing multiple syringes and heroin. Both were charged with felony manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
