On March 20th, 2024 after students have left the building for the day, an intruder drill will be conducted at Bledsoe County High School in collaboration with the sheriff’s office.

The purpose of this drill is to ensure the school is well-prepared in the event of an emergency.

While the sheriff’s office understands that drills can be concerning, please be assured that there will be no actual threat to anyone’s safety during this exercise.

The drill is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the safety and security of the school community.

Please be aware that there may be increased law enforcement presence in the area during this time.
