A Bradley County patrol sergeant has been demoted after being accused of sexual harassment. Officials say that an investigation into the accusations against Sgt. Doug Boucher has been concluded after a complaint was issued from a co-worker at the sheriff’s office. After the information was presented to the county attorney, Chief Deputy Brian Smith demoted Boucher to the position of patrol deputy. Boucher has been given five days in which to file an appeal on the demotion.
