(BREAKING NEWS) – CARJACKING VICTIM IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY ESCAPES INJURY, SUSPECT ARRESTED

(BREAKING NEWS) – A female carjacking victim in Cumberland County escaped injury following an incident today. Authorities say 22-year-old Noah Emanuell Hill of Detroit, Michigan wrecked a stolen vehicle out of Kentucky before hijacking another vehicle and forcing a woman to drive him to the Shell gas station off of I-40 in Monterey. They arrived and Hill fled on foot. An alert was put out and he was arrested near South Chestnut Street. Hill is facing numerous charges including attempted especially aggravated kidnapping, especially aggravated kidnapping, DUI, theft of property and failure to exercise due care. He was transported to the jail in Crossville. Law enforcement says this is an example to always be cautious of someone trying to stop you for help on roadways.
