BREAKING NEWS (2:20 p.m. central, Tuesday, March 2, 2021) – Cumberland County first responders are on the scene at a home on Maynard Road not far off Highway 127 North after a vehicle struck a male. Initial reports indicate the automobile was in a driveway when it slipped into neutral, rolled backwards and hit the man. It drug him down the driveway and came to rest. The victim sustained injuries in the incident including to his leg and was taken to the hospital. This is a breaking news story and more information will be released at a later time.
