BRYAN LEE ROEKER FACES UPCOMING COURT DEADLINE ON MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES INCLUDING IDENTITY THEFT AND ATTEMPTED THEFT
Bryan Lee Roeker is scheduled for a court deadline hearing in the Cumberland County Circuit Court on November 10, 2026, facing serious felony charges stemming from an alleged heavy equipment rental scheme earlier this year.
Roeker’s current criminal docket lists three felony charges filed on October 20, 2026:
-
Attempted Theft of Property (valued between $60,000 and $250,000)
-
Criminal Simulation
-
Identity Theft
His bond is currently set at $250,000, and he is represented by the Public Defender’s office.
Background on the Case
The charges connect back to a January 2026 incident in Crossville, Tennessee. According to previous court records, Roeker allegedly used a fraudulent Tennessee driver’s license and a false financing application in an attempt to rent an $80,000 mini excavator from Tri-County Rental. Law enforcement detained him in a nearby parking lot, where a search also reportedly uncovered approximately 0.84 grams of methamphetamine on his person and revealed that his South Carolina driver’s license was suspended.
