The CEO of a private school bus company involved in a fatal crash in Chattanooga has released a new video explaining why the company has not responded to complaints. David A. Duke of Durham School Services explains in the video that the company has been conducting it’s own investigation into the wreck that claimed the lives of six students from Woodmore Elementary School and injured 20 more. Duke further states that Durham will be implementing a better more secure complaint system and will install new cameras on all school buses nationwide. The measures will begin with the buses in Chattanooga.
