CHILD EXPLOITATION CASE LEADS TO ARREST AND CONVICTION OF AARON PARTIN

From the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office:
In January, we shared information regarding a child exploitation investigation connected to individuals volunteering at Philadelphia Elementary School. At that time, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, led by Sergeant Detective Marty Branam, executed a search warrant at a residence in Philadelphia, Tennessee, as part of that case.

Today, we can provide an important update. Aaron Paul Partin, the offender in this investigation, appeared in Loudon County Criminal Court earlier this morning where he entered a plea agreement with the District Attorney’s Office. Following sentencing, Partin was taken into custody where he will be transferred to the Tennessee Department of Corrections. He was convicted on one count of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Child and two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.
This case represents months of dedicated work by Sergeant Detective Branam and our partners at the 9th Judicial District Attorney General’s Office. The safety of our children has remained the driving priority throughout this investigation, and today’s outcome reflects our commitment to holding offenders accountable.
The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office will continue to pursue those who exploit or attempt to exploit children.
