A Cumberland County deputy observed a male subject in a vehicle on Pomona Road Sunday allegedly speeding. The officer pulled over 47-year-old Scott Terrill Clark of Crossville who reportedly told the deputy he was a convicted felon for distributing cocaine. The report states a consent search revealed six baggies of a substance believed to be cocaine and a glass pipe with a burned residue inside it. Officers seized Clark’s vehicle and charged him with manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
