Club Wyndham is closing its timeshare operations at Fairfield Glade by the end of 2025, as announced by the Fairfield Glade Community Club (FGCC). The decision follows a review identifying significant infrastructure updates needed at the resort, prompting Club Wyndham to initiate a sale process to avoid substantial special assessments for owners.

The resort will operate normally through 2025, and owners with accounts in good standing can swap their timeshare interest into Club Wyndham Access at no cost. The FGCC and resort leadership will work with HOA boards to explore future options and keep owners informed.
