CONVICTED RAPIST VANDENBURG TO SERVE SHORT TIME AT BLEDSOE CORRECTIONAL COMPLEX
Convicted rapist Brandon Vandenburg has been transferred to an East Tennessee prison. The former Vanderbilt football player will spend 30-60 days at the Bledsoe Correctional Complex in Pikeville before being transferred to another facility where he will serve the rest of his 17-year sentence. Vandenburg was found guilty of raping an unconscious woman in his Vanderbilt dorm room in June 2013. A judge sentenced him to 17 years in prison just last week.
