The Endocrinology and Diabetes Education Center at Cookeville Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce it has moved to a new suite in the Professional Office Building, located at 145 W. 4th St., Suite 102, Cookeville.

Beginning today, December 15, 2025, endocrinologists Dr. Shanti Pittampalli and Dr. Shirisha Vallepu, along with our diabetes education team, will begin seeing patients in the new space.

Designated parking is available next to the POB on 4th Street and in the East Entrance parking lot.

We look forward to continuing to serve our patients in this new location!
