NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT I, Allen Foster, Mayor of Cumberland County, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the State of Tennessee, do hereby proclaim August 2024 as Friends of the Art Circle Public Library Month in our community, and I encourage all citizens of Cumberland County to pay a visit to the Art Circle Public Library, and explore many of the resources that Friends has worked to provide!
