The case against a couple charged with first-degree murder was continued in Cumberland County Criminal Court today (September 9, 2020) to November 10, 2020. Kirk Douglas Clark, age 35, and Doneal Marie Clark, age 35, each face additional charges of aggravated assault and theft. The shooting occurred at a home on Cherokee Trail in January of 2019. Linda Damewood, age 74, died at the scene and 63-year-old Andrew Schan and 73-year-old Ellen Cairns, were injured from gunshot wounds.
