CRASH AT 127 INTERSECTION RESULTS IN DUI CHARGE

On August 12, 2025, a collision occurred at the intersection of US 127 and Tabor Loop in Cumberland County, Tennessee, involving two vehicles. Jeremy Wallace, a 40-year-old Tennessee resident, was driving a 2004 GMC KX1 westbound on Tabor Loop when he failed to stop at the intersection, striking the right side of a 2006 Mini Cooper driven by Kristy Postell, a 45-year-old Tennessee resident, traveling northbound on US 127.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts and reported no injuries. Wallace faces charges of driving with a suspended license and DUI, while no charges were filed against Postell.
There were no passengers in either vehicle.
