CRASH ON INDUTRIAL BOULEVARD INTERSECTION RESULTS IN INJURY

On June 29, 2025, at 5:30 PM, a collision occurred at the intersection of US Highway 127 and Industrial Boulevard in Cumberland County, Tennessee.
A 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up, driven by 44-year-old Derrick Kayne Foister from Tennessee, was traveling north on US Highway 127 when it struck a 1998 Toyota 4-Runner, driven by 50-year-old Barry Dickerson, also from Tennessee, who was crossing the highway eastbound on Industrial Drive. The impact hit the right side of the Toyota, causing it to rotate, overturn, and strike a curb, ejecting its passenger, 54-year-old Tammy McManus from Tennessee, through the sunroof.
The Toyota came to rest facing west on the northbound shoulder, with McManus landing in the grass to the left of the vehicle. The Chevrolet rotated after the impact and ended facing east. Foister, who was wearing a seat belt, was uninjured but faces charges of DUI and implied consent, pending investigation.
Dickerson, also wearing a seat belt, was injured, with charges pending. McManus, who was not wearing a seat belt, was injured, and her charges are also pending.
