The Crossville City Council addressed several items at their Tuesday night meeting. City Mayor James Mayberry presented the Student of the Month award to 7^th Grader Vince Vitor of Martin Elementary. He then proclaimed Feb.26, 2019 as Spay Day. During the regular meeting, the council approved a contract with Cumberland Medical Center concerning blood draw samples used by the Police Dept., also approved funding for an additional full-time employee to be added to the Meadow Park lake staff, approved the purchase of a hands-free communications system for the Police Dept., and approved to buyout the contract of Crossville Airport Manager Chris Bennett.
