Crossville City Hall will re-open for business this morning (Monday, May 4, 2020) in line with Governor Lee’s return to work provisions in Executive Order number 30. City staff will continue to observe social distancing requirements. Appointments will be required except for routine utility and tax payments, in order to avoid unnecessary congregation of citizens waiting for service. Please call (931) 484-5113 to contact the department you need to set up an appointment with. There will only be one entrance open at city hall to allow frequent disinfection. Residents are still encouraged to use the drive up window if possible. Utility customers may also call 1-833-209-4457 to make their payments. The credit card fee is currently waived for the COVID-19 response.

The Palace Theatre will remain closed and recreation leagues cannot begin their season’s activities.
