ACCORDING TO A REPORT BY THE CROSSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, On March 20, 2026, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Crossville police responded to a burglary alarm at the Sunoco station on Highway 70 East. Officers discovered an open side door and numerous broken Bootlegger alcohol bottles inside, along with shoeprints in the spilled liquid. The suspect, seen wearing Nike high-top shoes, a tank top, black pants, and a white hat with a yellow symbol, stole Bootlegger liquor bottles, Twisted Teas, and THC vapes before fleeing.

On the evening of March 21, 2026, the vehicle was located and stopped. Dishman, who was wearing the same distinctive white hat from the video, was detained and read his Miranda rights.
