Crossville police recently responded to the 400^th block of Spruce Loop for a report of a male walking in the middle of the road, creating a disruption.

The arrest report released today states 42-year-old Jonathan York Gossett of Crossville was walking down the road with his caretakers following him.

Gossett reportedly told police he became upset at his caregivers because they would not take him to a store. He allegedly threw sticks and rocks at a van the caretakers were in, then removed his clothes, exposing himself to four different motorists passing by and nearby residents.

Gossett was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
