CROSSVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR METH AND INTENT TO SELL AND DELIVER
On Saturday, June 11, an officer approached a vehicle that had a strong smell of marijuana coming from it. When he spoke to the two in the car, Karen Davis admitted she was smoking a joint and it was her last one. When talking to the driver, William Boggs, he did not want the vehicle searched, however since he is on parole, officers were able to.
Upon the search, officers found baggies, digital scales, 50.64mg of meth, and 3 grams of marijuana.
His phone also showed messages of the intent to sell and deliver narcotics.
He was placed under arrest for the manufacture and delivery or sale of methamphetamine.
