On Sunday, May 29, officers were called to Church of Christ in Crossville where a man had reportedly dropped drug paraphernalia. When officers arrived, they found a syringe, and the male subject had walked to Wendys on Main Street. Frank Quince, 50, had been laying down and blocking the entrance to Wendys and throwing rocks at cars passing by. Police noticed his head was bleeding and Quince told them he had been struck by a vehicle. He refused medical help and when arrested, he told officers that he was at Wendy’s because he was banned. Records show he had been banned from the restaurant in March 2020. Quince was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
