CROSSVILLE POLICE ARREST DUI OFFENDER WITH REVOKED LICENSE FOR RECKLESS DRIVING

On the afternoon of April 19, 2026, Officer Keith Sadula observed a red Ford F-250 performing reckless maneuvers, including donuts and burnouts, near the intersection of Rock Quarry Road and Milo Lemert. After catching up to the truck, the officer witnessed the driver perform an additional burnout while turning onto Tennessee Stone Road.

Despite the officer initiating emergency lights, the driver stopped briefly in the middle of the roadway to perform yet another burnout before finally pulling into a residential driveway upon hearing the police sirens.

The driver was identified as Mr. Robert Fox II, who admitted to consuming two to three beers and subsequently blew a “caution” reading on a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT). Mr. Fox dismissed his actions as “having a little fun,” acknowledging that he often does “stupid stuff.”

Upon checking his records, dispatch confirmed that Mr. Fox was operating the vehicle with a license revoked for a prior DUI. To prevent further reckless behavior, Officer Sadula arrested Mr. Fox for Driving on Revoked (DOR) and reckless driving, later serving the formal warrants during the intake process.
