Crossville police went to a restaurant recently on North Main Street to a report of a male subject fighting others in the bar section of the establishment. Officers encountered 49-year-old Norman Eddy Northrup of Frankfort, Kentucky and escorted him out of the business but not before he headbutted the doors going out. He also headbutted a concrete wall while being processed into the Cumberland County jail. Northrup was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
