Crossville police pulled over a Jeep yesterday at the Woodmere Mall for having no brake lights. While detaining 37-year-old Vanessa Danielle Durfee of Lancing and 30-year-old Lee Alexander Walker of Sunbright during a consent search of the vehicle, a container reportedly fell from Durfee onto the ground. It allegedly contained hydrocodone pills. A check revealed both were wanted in Morgan County and taken to jail. Durfee and Walker were charged each with simple possession of drugs.
