An arrest warrant was issued for a suspect by Crossville Police Sunday. Officers were dispatched to the Peavine Rd. Taco Bell for the report of a male suspect throwing human feces all over the bathroom. The suspect was identified by an employee as Johnathan Russell, who had been confronted by police earlier in the day for camping behind the restaurant. Russell reportedly told officers that he had permission to camp there but it could not be confirmed. The employee stated that they had observed Russell run from the bathroom and out of the restaurant. They then said that they noted a foul smell come from the bathroom and had looked in to see the waste strewn over the room. Russell was charged with vandalism and later taken into custody.
